677 Ala Moana, formerly Pacific International Building, is a 12-story office building in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Built in 1971, the building experienced severe distress in the structural concrete and the concrete cladding. In 1992, facade repairs were performed for the exterior precast concrete panels and vertical exposed aggregate fins as well as for the exterior precast panel sealant replacement. In a total facade redesign was completed.
